Facilities Coordinator

Family Service Association is seeking to hiring a full time, 40 hours per week, Facilities Coordinator. Hours are Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Facilities Coordinator is directly responsible for oversight of all maintenance and cleanliness of all agency property which includes owned, rented and leased properties. Direct agency maintenance staff and contracted workers in all phases of cleaning, safety, minor repairs, and building maintenance.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prioritize, delegate, and schedule work as needed. Create, update and close tickets. Ensure timing for ticket completion is appropriate given the nature of the request, and ensure prompt communication with requester.
- Perform a variety of building maintenance work including minor plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repair. When a licensed contractor is required, report recommendations to the Director
- Conduct annual property assessments. Including all sites and program locations.
- Serve on the agency Safety Committee.
- Oversee Buildings and Grounds department employees and ensure high quality service
- Serves as company representative with contractors, vendors, inspectors, and city officials as appropriate.
- During inclement weather, report to work prior to 7 a.m. to assess and evaluate snow removal and direct Maintenance Staff to insure buildings and grounds are safe and accessible to both clients and staff.
- Develop and implement an efficient inventory control strategy to support uninterrupted agency and program operations. Provide annual reporting on contractors as requested.
- Perform all reasonable expectations of Supervisor and/or agency.
- High School Diploma with related experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience required.
- Familiarity with purchasing and bid procedures.
- Knowledgeable and experienced with all phases of building maintenance procedures including but not limited to cleaning, minor repairs consisting of plumbing, painting, and grounds maintenance.
- Computer experience in Microsoft Office and have excellent communication skills.
